The toolkit itself isn't enough to deliver an accessible website. While it encapsulates common tasks and simplifies the development process, there is still some expertise required in order define the accessibility elements within the WCM solution and the best strategy to leverage them. Because of the different specifications for every project it would be very challenging to make a toolkit that would support every case out there.
We have used the toolkit in quite a few projects so far. The way we do it, is we offer our customers the toolkit together with an expert who helps the development team to solve various accessibility-related challenges.
