I could manage to activate the feature.  I had to give execute permission to my application pool account on couple of SPs in sharepoint config database.  

But, i am getting an following error now after clicking on the Imtech SharePoint Semantic URL&#039;s Crawler link:

I have enabled the stack trace and Custom Erros and following is the Error that i get after trying to activate the feature:
