Waldek is a Developer Advocate at Microsoft focusing on AI Coding Agents. In this role he researches AI Coding Agents, builds agent evaluation platform, and evaluates and improves Agent Experience for Microsoft's products and services. He's also a part of the Microsoft 365 community where he builds developer guidance and tooling for extending Microsoft 365 together with the community.

Before joining Microsoft, Waldek was working with different Microsoft partners in the Microsoft 365 space. For sharing his experience through his blog, speaking and social media, Waldek was a 12-time Microsoft MVP.
